The organizing tool, Just for Unions (J4U) has been designed by union organizers, for organizers.  Just for Unions is an online database where organizers can track information on workers/employees and contractors.  In addition J4U is a campaign management tool where organizers can assemble online teams of other organizers to work on specific campaigns.  Organizers can upload their existing organizing targets and prospects into a private workplace online.  The notes and information they store on their contacts can be marked as private so that no other users in the system will see it.  Organizers in J4U also have the ability to share information publicly with other organizers if they wish to and collaborate with other organizers to create even more effective campaigns.

Just for Unions enables you and any organizers you choose to work with to collaborate on targets and campaigns in a very easy-to-use format.  Oftentimes, there are multiple campaigns targeting a specific group/contractor being run by multiple locals across multiple jurisdictions and multiple trades - and nobody knows it.  Within J4U, you can see where organizing efforts are being conducted and submit a request to see more information.
